Medication is a part of many individualized mental health plans. Blissful Minds provides medication management to patients with mental health disorders between the ages of 14 and 69.

In addition to medication management, supportive psychotherapy may be incorporated to assist in self direction and self-efficacy through exploration of goals and outcomes, positive coping mechanisms, problem solving, summary reflection, and lifestyle modifications.

More than 50% of individuals with mental health illness do not get any treatment. Without treatment, mental health illness can cause disability, unemployment, physical health issues, homelessness, suicide, relationship problems, inappropriate incarceration, and poor quality of life.
